Provider Support Clinician - NP/PA (Board Certified)

Overview: - Circle Medical is a rapidly growing telemedicine provider. - The role is part of a mission to revolutionize primary care. - Responsibilities include clinical support for in-office and telemedicine providers, patient care coordinators, and laboratory technicians. - The role requires a high level of medical knowledge and clinical judgment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical support to various healthcare providers and patient care coordinators. - Address patient clinical concerns via chat, video visits, or phone calls. - Manage critical lab/imaging results with patients. - Re-route medications to pharmacies as needed. - Assist with clinical operational tasks such as referrals and lab/imaging orders. - Serve as a clinical resource and professional role model for telemedicine staff. - Conduct medical chart reviews and maintain accurate patient records. - Provide patient education on disease processes, therapies, and healthful behaviors. - Communicate effectively with staff, consultants, patients, and community. - Participate in staff meetings and other duties as assigned. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. - Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience. - Prefer prior telemedicine experience. - Hold multiple state licenses and eligible to obtain additional licenses. - Active DEA in good standing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
