Shift Timing: 1pm - 10pm IST
This role is 100% remote for residents of India.

The scale at HighLevel: We work at scale; our infrastructure handles  around 3 Billion+ API hits & 2 Billion+ message events monthly and over 25M views of customer pages daily. We also handle over 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases.

Our ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will have experience in a high growth startup environment and has supported global teams. 

About the Role:HighLevel is experiencing tremendous growth and we are excited to be adding a People Business Partner to our team. This position will serve as a liaison between the People department and the business by aligning people management activities with the organizational strategy. This key role will advise global leaders in understanding organizational needs and will collaborate in designing programs that build team morale, engagement, increase productivity and retention. This role will be a trusted advisor to our leadership and report to the Manager, People Ops Business Partners. This role assists our global team members, so prior experience supporting team members internationally is a must. 

What Will You Do

    • Apply a deep understanding of business unit functional work and business operations in order to balance people and business priorities.
    • Collaborate with global business leaders to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention and team development. 
    • Partner and guide managers through challenging conversations including performance coaching and terminations, and train and review for quality documentation. 
    • Coach, advise, counsel and provide candid feedback to department leaders. Identify, lead, and project manage specific People Ops projects and initiatives, both for our internal team and what you identify for your assigned departments.
    • Partner with your leaders on their hiring needs and strategies, and bring insights to our Talent Acquisition team on hiring quality and offboarding trends. 
    • Provide guidance to team members and management on policies, procedures and programs.
    • Develop and manage change management efforts across the organization.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with People leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies. 
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct timely, thorough investigations and make recommendations. 
    • Participate in all facets of the performance management activities including performance management education, calibration sessions, and timely completion of all performance assessments by leaders. 
    • Partner with People Ops leadership on succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development with our learning and development team to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Administer HR policies in compliance of all global countries, federal, state and local legal requirements. 

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree 
    • 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner 
    • 5+ years experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility including hands-on experience managing day to day HR administration
    • International experience is required; Experience supporting teams in India preferred
    • Prior experience with the rapid pace of a startup environment
    • Prior experience supporting a global workforce 
    • Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity
    • Ability to collaborate to get things done
    • A sense of urgency, the ability to take initiative and strong accountability is a must
    • Strong Google sheets/excel proficiency
    • Previous experience with HR information systems is required 
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
    • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams
