**Overview:** - Regional Sales Manager, Award responsible for creating, managing, and closing sales pipeline for Parchment Award Account Based suite of products to US-based postsecondary institutions. - Drives new client adoption and cross-sells products within existing network. - Must be dynamic, entrepreneurial, and based in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule and deliver five "1st new meetings" per week. - Weekly meetings with Sales Development Representatives for territory strategy. - Generate $25,000-$40,000 in new sales opportunities weekly. - Maintain current quarter opportunities with accurate contacts and close dates. - Achieve annual quota by year-end. - Manage a $600,000 - $700,000 sales quota and $2M-4M sales pipeline. - Implement and maintain a quarterly territory plan. - Execute prospecting methodology and manage enterprise solution sales. - Attend training events, self-paced learning, and sales meetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, price quotations, and conduct contract negotiations. - Upsell and sell additional products/services to existing clients. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bright, energetic professional with interpersonal skills. - Manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. - Entrepreneurial environment adaptability. - Self-driven, independent, and growth-oriented. - Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, Sandler, Tableau, CoPilot, Outreach, DemandBase, and Highspot. - Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech SaaS. - Knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 annually, with a commission target of 90-95k, totaling an OTE of 180-190k per year. - 401k with company match. - HSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&D. - Tuition reimbursement. - Lifestyle Spending Account. - Paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules. - Motivosity - employee recognition program. - Equal Opportunity Employer, participates in E-Verify. - Background check required upon hiring.
