Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality design assets across digital, print, social media, and marketing collateral. - Collaborate with the Brand Design team to align visual assets with brand identity and guidelines. - Design new brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials. - Produce various design deliverables and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. - Review and apply feedback from senior designers and the Manager of Brand Design. - Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints. - Organize and maintain design files for accessibility and organization. - Work with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver quality solutions. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 1-2 years of professional design experience, including internships or freelance work. - Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and effective design creation. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design fundamentals. - Strong attention to detail and ability to create polished design work. - Clear communication of design ideas and concepts. - Collaborative mindset and willingness to take and apply feedback. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
