Enterprise Account Manager, West Coast

Overview: - Role: Enterprise Account Manager - Mission: Support accounting and finance departments with FloQast's workflow automation - Company: FloQast, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Australia - Focus: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams - Location: West Coast Key Responsibilities: - Lead book of business for enterprise clients to expand partnerships - Work cross-functionally with Accounting Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations - Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com - Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects - Increase knowledge of key competitors - Manage renewal opportunities and account information in Salesforce.com - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets - Networking, relationship building, and execution of service agreements - Travel within assigned territory up to 30% - Other projects as assigned Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred - 4+ years of successful software sales, B2B - Experience managing enterprise accounts (1K+ FTE) - Consultative, solution-based sales methodology - Proven record of success in inside/outside sales - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Outreach - Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems - Ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay range: $100,000 - $140,000 - Commission plan in addition to base pay - Competitive and elaborate Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits - Life & Disability Insurance - Unlimited Vacation - Employee Stock Program - Pay and benefits subject to qualifications, interview process, and company discretion
