Senior Product Manager, New Products

Overview: - Kueski is a leading BNPL and online consumer credit platform in Latin America, focusing on improving financial lives in Mexico. - Recognized as the top BNPL platform by Fintech Breakthrough and one of Mexico's most ethical companies by AMITAI. - Aims to develop a multi-product financial services platform with a strong, diverse, and inclusive company culture. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams to define product strategy and roadmap. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product development. - Lead product development from ideation to commercialization, aligning with company vision and market needs. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for timely delivery of high-quality products. - Drive product innovation through prototyping, testing, and iteration, focusing on user experience and performance. - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 6+ years of product development experience, preferably in a startup environment. - Founder/startup mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments, passionate about innovation. - Proven track record of launching innovative products within a fast-paced setting. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish. - Deep understanding of user-centered design, UX/UI best practices, and market dynamics. - MBA or equivalent work experience in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
