Overview: - Brightwheel seeks an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive scalable, efficient, and data-driven go-to-market operations in early education technology. - The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, deep systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and improve systems and processes for sales and customer success teams. - Act as a lead administrator on Salesforce, managing integrations with various systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical designs and solutions for business problems. - Audit data integrity, identify issues, and develop automated data cleansing. - Own documentation, training materials, and team/user enablement for Salesforce processes. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in managing sales or revenue operations, with at least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment. - Proven experience with systems, integrations, and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations. - Proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities and Apex development. - Masterful cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills. - Skilled project management and follow-through.
