Performance Marketing Specialist

Overview: - FloQast seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist for the Marketing team. - Responsible for B2B paid media strategy, optimization, and reporting across various channels. - Collaborates closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and develop B2B paid media strategy. - Optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns. - Manage media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc. - Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly. - Create automated reports for campaign initiatives. - Collaborate with creative team for ad creatives and copy. - Optimize ad performance based on metrics and data. - Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance for strategic decisions. - Present bi-weekly and monthly business performance updates. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of B2B Paid Media marketing experience. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta. - In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and performance metrics. - Experience with budgeting and financial management. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and excellent communication skills. - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce preferred. - Experience with other digital advertising platforms, 3rd party media vendors, and affiliate marketing preferred.
