Senior Consulting Business Developer

Overview: - Hatch I.T. partners with Neovera to fill a Senior Consulting Business Developer role. - The position requires experience in cybersecurity, strategic advisory services, and a strong sales track record. - The role offers a salary plus commission with no earning caps, allowing for independent work from a home office. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain client relationships, driving new business through an established network. - Provide consultative security strategy services, positioning Neovera as a trusted partner. - Present Neovera's value proposition to prospective clients and lead sales presentations. - Draft and present Statements of Work (SOW) and quotes, closing opportunities. - Conduct market research, identify new leads, and maintain client information in CRM. - Track and record client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years in B2B security sales with a proven track record. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, security architecture, and compliance. - Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client interactions and sales activities. - Preferred background in Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science. - Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC). - Minimum of 5 years in solution selling/business development in cybersecurity.
