BG Global Events Coordinator

Overview: - Role in supporting planning, coordination, and execution of global events, conferences, and activations. - Reports directly to the Global Events Lead. - Involves managing logistics, communication, and administrative tasks for impactful events. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis. - Coordinating logistics for global events, such as accommodation, travel, and vendor management. - Supporting the creation and maintenance of event timelines, budgets, and checklists. - Assisting in negotiating contracts with suppliers and venues. - Providing on-site and off-site support at global events, including event setup and attendee check-in. - Maintaining accurate event data, attendee lists, and post-event reports. - Collecting and tracking event feedback for future improvements. - Coordinating involvement of company executives, speakers, and VIP guests. - Providing administrative support to the Global Events Lead. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in global events coordination or related industry. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work with Google Workspace. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. - English language proficiency.
