Overview: - Microsoft-centric Managed Services Provider seeking Inside Sales Representative - SDR. - Remote opportunity with US-based company. - Focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and engaging with potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential leads within a defined market or industry. - Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. - Build name recognition and engage prospects to assess needs and interest. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM platform. - Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates. - Adapt outreach strategies based on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven sales and customer service skills with negotiation abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills and persistence. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation technology. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field. - Comparable record of sales leadership experience. - At least one year of sales experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary. - Full-time, long-term position. - Work from home with Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - CST. - Additional perks (specific perks not detailed). - Independent contractor agreement required.
