IT Project Manager

Overview: - Microsoft-centric Managed Services Provider seeking IT Project Manager for Azure or Microsoft Modern Workplace. - Remote opportunity with global clientele and diverse team. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for IT project execution. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. - Prepare detailed project plans and manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs. - Monitor quality control, collaborate with team members, and conduct risk management assessments. - Manage client and stakeholder relationships, handle ITSM ticket systems, and perform technical tasks related to various IT environments. - Ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience as a project manager and technical engineer in IT projects. - Strong understanding or hands-on experience in Networks, Cloud (Azure/AWS), O365, Windows/Linux server administration, and virtual environments. - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with ITSM systems for Change Management and Incident Management. - Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. - Desirable experience with Meraki, Cisco, Unifi Networks, VMware, Hyper-V, and Active Directory services.
