Overview: - Manager, Revenue Operations role focused on driving operational excellence and optimizing revenue growth. - Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to establish workflows and implement data-driven strategies. - Leadership in initiatives to optimize processes, enhance forecasting, and refine tools for scalable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and track key revenue metrics and KPIs with executive leadership. - Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership. - Establish and optimize revenue-driving processes, including pipeline management and territory design. - Build and maintain forecasting models, providing ARR projections. - Manage and mentor direct reports within the Revenue Operations team. - Equip sales and customer success teams with tools, content, and best practices. - Administer and optimize revenue tech stack tools, ensuring data integrity. - Work closely with other departments for seamless collaboration throughout the customer lifecycle. - Handle ad hoc content and support requests, coordinating with other departments as needed. - Perform any additional tasks assigned to meet company goals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field (SaaS experience preferred). - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Proficiency in CRM and revenue tools, with Salesforce Administrator preferred. - Knowledge of MEDDPICC methodology and CPQ tools. - Leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing operational teams. - Strong analytical skills in ARR calculations, projections, and commission plan structures. - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. - Familiarity with other operational disciplines, including Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Partner Ops. Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay range: $120,000 - $150,000. - Competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, Unlimited Vacation, and Employee Stock Program. - FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings. - Compensation within the pay range is contingent upon meeting qualifications and role completion during the interview process.
