People Operations Manager

Overview: - People Operations Manager role focused on global employee success and organizational excellence. - Manages People Operation programs, including maintenance, development, implementation, enforcement, enablement, and enhancements. - Works closely with People Technology to build and scale a high-performing People Team strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enforce, and enhance global People Team programs and processes. - Implement new processes, workflows, and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. - Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the employee database and other People Tech stack tools. - Oversee background check administration, coordinate L&D programs, manage communications calendar, facilitate interview scheduling, and maintain company intranet. - Partner with stakeholders to streamline and automate employee lifecycle processes. - Document workflows and procedures for internal guidance and knowledge sharing. - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Assist with any additional tasks to meet company goals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field. - Successful experience with project management, administration, and building scalable workflows. - Strong technical acumen with various HR systems. - Ability to manage change, build enablement collateral, and document processes. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Positive team orientation, high ethical standards, and a strong work ethic. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite. - Ability to work independently and respond to changing demands.
