Overview: - Customer Success Manager role at Parchment, focusing on member experience and strategic oversight of eTranscript SAAS technology. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate exceptional member experiences through various communication methods. - Build relationships and leverage them to achieve organizational goals. - Manage renewal and expansion opportunities for member accounts. - Represent Parchment products and services accurately. - Quote, negotiate, and close contracts. - Develop and execute strategic customer engagement plans. - Meet quantitative revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - BA or BS degree in 4-year college. - Passion for the education industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Presentation and public speaking ability. - Computer proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce.com, and one SIS or ERP. - Successful management of 100-500 member accounts. - Previous experience in start-up/SaaS business model, project management, MBA, and sales/account executive performance. - Demonstrated successful management consulting or strategic account management experience.
