Professional Services Strategy & Operations Manager

Overview: - Role at Instructure to amplify potential through intuitive products. - Strategic partner for SVP of ProServe, leading strategy and operations. - Focus on streamlining Professional Services team workflows and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement operational processes for efficiency. - Collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities and KPIs. - Optimize customer onboarding, project management, and support processes. - Manage resource allocation and forecast hiring needs. - Oversee systems and tools for operational enhancement. - Analyze data for operational insights and present to stakeholders. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and budget management. - Support customer engagement and success initiatives. - Collect and act on customer feedback for product and service improvements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in operations management, SaaS, or edtech. - Proficiency in PSA tools, project management software, and CRM systems. - Experience with resource management, project forecasting, and capacity planning. - Strong analytical skills and communication abilities. - Adaptability, multitasking, and data-driven decision-making. - Diverse background and commitment to equal opportunity.
