Overview: - Client Solution Advisor role within the Revenue Team for Application Access Governance (AAG) product line, focusing on the SAP Ecosystem. - Responsible for leading sales strategy, driving growth, and supporting regional sales teams. - Collaborates with internal stakeholders, product, partners, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute overall sales strategy for Converged Identity Platform. - Lead sales conversations and presentations throughout customer lifecycle. - Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies for growth. - Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in alignment with strategic goals. - Assess and improve partnerships, develop partner strategies. - Propose adjustments to optimize sales performance for growth. - Train and enable field Sales Directors and Client Success Managers. - Serve as a voice of the customer, aligning product development and marketing with customer needs. - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing industry insights. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in Application Access Governance or related technology space. - 4+ years of experience managing Segregation of Duties. - Strong understanding of risk, controls, and compliance with regulations like GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley. - Knowledge of security models of key ERP, EHR, CRM applications. - Lead complex sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and scale sales operations. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment. - Strong business acumen, analyzing market trends and competitor activities. - Experience with Converged Identity Platforms or IAM solutions. - Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription revenue strategies. - Previous experience in a remote-first organization.
