Overview: - Sales Manager role for a fast-growing technology company specializing in accounting transformation platform. - Targets finance and accounting functions within various organizations. - Focus on recruiting and managing Corporate Account Executives (AEs). Key Responsibilities: - Directly manage a team of AEs, including recruitment, training, and development. - Participate in all sales cycle stages, from product demonstration to implementation. - Ensure best practices consistency and manage team activities using SFDC. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management for performance communication. - Engage with BDR Managers and partnerships team for cohesiveness. - Provide input on competitive activity and product direction. - Develop understanding of client challenges and FloQast solutions. - Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings for performance review and motivation. - Active engagement in sales cycles, hands-on sales management. - Provide accurate weekly forecasts and manage team KPIs. - Adopt and coach Sandler sales methodology. - Deliver weekly summary reports to Sales Management. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS. - 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in SaaS. - High professionalism, work ethic, and ability to utilize SFDC. - Prior experience selling into the office of the CFO. - Strong coaching, counseling, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple client engagements. - Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team player. - Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets. Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay range: $144,000-$180,000. - Bonus plan may be available. - Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, unlimited vacation, and employee stock program. - FloQast reserves the right to amend pay ranges and benefits offerings. - Compensation contingent upon qualifications, interview process, and role completion.
