BG People Operations Lead - HR Lead

Overview: - Seeking a dedicated HR Lead for Sporty's People & Talent department in Bulgaria. - Role involves supporting employees, fostering a positive work environment, and managing HR processes. - Collaboration with International HR team. Key Responsibilities: - Managing employee lifecycle processes, engagement projects, and documentation. - Developing and implementing HR strategies to meet business needs. - Regularly sharing employee reports with stakeholders. - Supporting hiring managers and acting as a point of contact for HR-related matters. - Identifying process improvements and managing employee relations. - Overseeing payroll activities and organizing team-building initiatives. - Addressing any additional HR duties as required. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Preferred degree in HR or psychology. - Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Manager experience. - Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labour laws. - Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle. - Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
