Solutions Consultant, Client Accounting Services

**Overview:** - CAS Solutions Consultant role focused on empowering FloQast's direct sales team through accounting expertise. - Involvement in sales cycle, product demonstrations, and strategic planning. - Participation in webinars, trade-shows, and industry events. - Collaboration with product, support, and marketing teams. - Assistance with technical evaluations and IT support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical accounting questions. - Strategize with sales team on positioning and objection handling. - Lead training sessions to enhance accounting knowledge. - Analyze sales cycle stages for targeted emphasis. - Coordinate with various teams for roadmap feedback and implementation. - Support Customer Success team with accounting-related client calls. - Act as a subject matter expert on competitive landscape. - Organize sales and IT collateral. - Increase close rates and assist with technical evaluations. - Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet company goals. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum 3-5 years of outsourced accounting experience. - Deep understanding of Accounting firms’ needs and workflows. - Insights into technology's role in scaling businesses. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of financial compliance landscape. - Prior user experience with accounting software preferred. - Collaborative team player with high initiative. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base salary range: $95,000 - $125,000. - Commission plan in addition to base pay. - Competitive and elaborate benefits package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, and unlimited vacation. - FloQast values Total Rewards and regularly rated as a Best Place to Work. - Employee Choice Policy for work location flexibility. - Community involvement and professional growth opportunities. - Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to fair recruitment.
