Overview: - Seeking an experienced sales executive for the K12 education sales team at Instructure. Key Responsibilities: - Sell the Instructure Learning Platform to existing clients. - Deploy tactical sales methodologies to close inbound leads. - Develop sales strategies to increase new client pipeline. - Run a 30-90 day sales cycle from discovery to negotiation. - Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io, and other sales tools. - Forecast pipeline on a weekly basis. - Conduct detailed needs analysis and proposal development. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience. - Understanding of educational pedagogy and LMS selling process. - Experience in software, SaaS sales, and services. - Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills. - Ability to perform detailed needs analysis and proposal development. Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year. - Variable commission up to $30,000. - 401k with company match. - HSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&D. - Tuition reimbursement. - Lifestyle Spending Account. - Paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules. - Motivosity - employee recognition program. - Diversity and equal opportunity employer. - Background check upon hiring.
