Bid Manager (APAC)

Overview: - Seeking a Bid Manager for the APAC team at Instructure. - Role focuses on managing bids and proposals, project management, and developing a network of subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage solicited and unsolicited bids and proposals from start to finish. - Research, write, edit, and organize information cohesively. - Facilitate project management for bids and proposals, including defining solutions and response strategies. - Manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a high volume and short turnaround environment. - Develop and manage a network of subject matter experts globally. - Utilize Instructure’s methodology, systems, and processes for response preparation. - Ensure a consistent approach across all proposals and sales collateral. - Apply expert-level knowledge of company products, offerings, and industry terms. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Arts/Humanities, English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related writing/critical thinking field. - Proven experience in writing compelling documents or proposals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. - Strong interpersonal skills and sense of ownership. - Project management experience (highly desirable). - Experience with proposal automation software (desirable). - Familiarity with the sales process and experience working with sales organizations (desirable). - Excellent Microsoft Word skills, and solid knowledge of Excel and Acrobat Pro. - Organized, flexible, and self-directed to meet deadlines.
