Channel Account Manager, Japan

Overview: - The role is for a Channel Account Manager at Instructure, a company focused on amplifying the power of people through intuitive learning products. - The primary goal is to align with channel partners in Japan, particularly Tokyo, to achieve quota attainment and deliver exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Discover and manage sales opportunities with designated partners. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage territory planning. - Assist partners in closing opportunities, broadening product expertise, and training on sales techniques. - Coordinate partner access to resources and disseminate communications. - Drive product promotions, attend events, and maintain product knowledge. - Manage tasks and support the development of sales collateral. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Fluent in Japanese and English. - Understanding of technology in education and LMS marketplace. - 4+ years’ experience in Channel with Channel Partners. - Proven success in building strong relationships and partnerships. - Intermediate understanding of company financial measures. - Engaging, friendly, and articulate communication skills. - Self-motivated, competitive, and able to manage multiple demands. - Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, Google Apps. - Ability to engage with cross-functional teams. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to travel.
