Learning Consultant

Overview: - Seeking a Strategic Learning Consultant for Instructure's Learning Services team. - Focus on managing change, deepening Instructure product use, and enhancing learner engagement. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute communication, training, and engagement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an agent of change to support the implementation of the organization's vision for Instructure products. - Use data and inquiry process to analyze challenges and elevate teaching and learning within Instructure products. - Mentor and motivate organization leaders, faculty, and staff on Instructure products. - Plan, schedule, and conduct product training and consulting sessions. - Identify areas needing additional support, training, or consulting. - Travel to support the rollout of Instructure products as needed. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least three years of teaching or consulting experience in a Higher Education setting. - At least two years of Canvas experience, with a preference for additional experience with other Instructure tools. - At least one year of experience with Digital Credentialing programs. - Experience in an educational leadership position overseeing a team that supports the use of a learning management system. - Current knowledge of technology adoption strategies, professional development protocols, and educational technology best practices. - Impeccable executive leadership presence, verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent, Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology a plus.
