Marketing Manager APAC

Overview: - Australian-based Marketing Manager role in a remote working environment. - Responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives for Instructure’s products in APAC. - Collaborates with marketing, sales, and operations teams to achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute quarterly and yearly campaign strategies. - Work with stakeholders to drive campaign execution and optimization. - Build and execute ABM programs with sales and operations teams. - Analyze campaign results against goals and adjust strategies accordingly. - Become a subject market expert in market conditions, personas, competition, buying cycles, and solutions. - Own coordination and execution of campaigns, including emails, advertising, digital media, social, content syndication, and events. - Manage external vendors, program planning, budgeting, deliverables, timelines, and performance. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. - 5+ years of experience in campaign management. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management abilities. - Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo or equivalent). - Experience with marketing tools such as ABM (Demandbase, 6sense) and CRM (salesforce). - Strategic and creative thinking skills. - Proactive mindset and passion for process improvements. - Experience across APAC markets, including Australia, New Zealand, North Asia, Southern Asia, and South East Asia. - Experience in education or EdTech is preferred.
