Recruiting Coordinator

Overview: - Manage candidate interviews, onsite visits, and travel coordination. - Oversee candidate experience from offer letter to first day, including onboarding system entry. - Handle background checks, ensure HR receives completed candidate information. - Support recruiting events and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Assist with expense reports and Purchase Orders for recruiting. - Build internal relationships for referrals and source potential candidates. - Work with international offices on onboarding processes.
