Regional Sales Manager, Higher Education - Pathways (East)

Overview: - Parchment (Instructure Company) is a digital credential service for learners, academic institutions, and employers. - The Regional Sales Manager, Pathways role is focused on managing sales pipeline and driving new client adoption for Parchment Pathways products. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and deliver five "1st new meetings" per week. - Plan and execute territory strategy with Sales Development Representatives. - Generate $30,000-$40,000 in new sales opportunities weekly. - Maintain current quarter opportunities with accurate contacts and close dates. - Attain annual quota by year-end. - Create, implement, and maintain a quarterly territory plan. - Execute a prospecting methodology and manage enterprise solution sales. - Attend training events, participate in self-paced learning, and provide regular pipeline and forecast reports. - Keep abreast of competition and industry trends. - Conduct contract negotiations and upsell additional products/services. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of sales experience in EdTech SaaS. - Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, Sandler Sales Methodology, and Microsoft Suite. - Willingness to travel 40% a year. - Experience with Outreach, Engagio, Salesforce, Highspot, and other sales enablement tools. - Proven record in new client acquisitions.
