Account Executive, SMB

**Overview:** - 1Password's SMB Sales Team role focuses on expanding customer base within the security SaaS space. - Responsible for territory management, building sales pipeline, and driving growth in the SMB sector. - Includes upselling and cross-selling, strategic account planning, and value-based selling. - Remote opportunity within Canada and the US. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage sales territory, develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. - Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs. - Identify upselling opportunities for Extended Access Management. - Collaborate with various teams to optimize client engagement and identify growth opportunities. - Implement value-based selling strategies. - Present to C-suite executives and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. - Participate in occasional in-person events for team connection and customer engagement. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a preference for security. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. - Experience in upselling and cross-selling. - Proficiency in strategic account planning, territory management, and value-based selling. - Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts. - Self-motivated, independent, and proficient with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach. - Background check may include various verifications. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Annual base salary ranges from $66,000 CAD to $94,000 USD, commission-eligible. - Immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, etc.). - Generous paid time off policy. - Company equity and retirement matching program. - Training budget, access to 1Password University, and learning sessions. - Free 1Password account for friends and family. - Paid volunteer days and DEIB programs. - Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly. - Accommodations available upon request. - Remote work from home country. - Automated employment decision tool used in recruitment. - Applicants may request reasonable accommodations or opt-out of AI decision tool.
