**Overview:** - Seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager – AMS for the Revenue Operations team at Kong. - Role involves connecting sales teams with the broader organization and driving key business initiatives. - Requires a hands-on approach, full-funnel GTM Strategy & Operations expertise, and a data-driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the AMS team. - Own and execute strategic initiatives across sales, post sales, marketing, product, and finance. - Partner with leadership to design and implement AMS GTM structure and coverage model. - Lead execution of operating cadence, supporting management inspection throughout the customer lifecycle. - Collaborate with EMEA & APJ counterparts on business and trends. - Support sales leadership with content preparation for key management reporting needs. - Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and insights for AMS teams. - Participate in regular meetings with various teams to address issues, build plans, and drive change management. - Assess inquiries directed to the AMS VP of Sales and delegate as needed. - Create and run initiatives with impact on revenue. - Address Sales Leadership team issues efficiently and track progress until resolved. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Organization and composure during busy periods. - Experience with SFDC, Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Google G-Suite tools. - Demonstrable competence with data analysis and synthesis. - Strong customer service attitude, ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and communication skills. - 5-8 years of relevant business experience in strategy, operations, finance, or a similar role. - BA/BS in a quantitative field, MBA, or related graduate degree preferred. - Team player who works well in a collaborative environment. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Base pay range for the role in the US is $140,000 - 190,000. - Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. - Certain roles may be eligible for additional sales incentives. - Benefits may vary by location but typically include healthcare, 401(k) plan, short and long-term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance. - Kong offers competitive and consistent pay across different geographic markets. - Equal opportunity employer.
