**Overview:** - Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at 1Password - Drives effectiveness and efficiency of enablement programs - Partner with Sr. Director for AE and xDR Enablement Programs - Build and manage an xDR "academy" - Align with Demand Generation teams for new business strategies - Shape Enablement teams’ structure - Design and implement enablement programs - Continuously assess and refine enablement programs - Facilitate communication and promote a culture of continuous learning - Manage development and delivery of enablement materials - Lead communications program for GTM team - Establish KPIs for enablement programs - Analyze data for program improvements - Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and manage data-driven enablement programs - Establish enablement strategies and program roadmaps - Build an xDR "academy" for training and career progression - Align with Demand Generation teams for business expansion - Recommend and implement structure improvements for Enablement teams - Design and develop enablement programs for sales and customer success teams - Continuously assess and refine enablement programs - Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities - Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals - Manage the development and delivery of enablement materials - Establish KPIs for enablement programs - Analyze data for program improvements - Facilitate communication and promote a culture of continuous learning **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or related field - 3+ years managing people and coaching quota-driven teams - Experience leading and coaching xDR teams - In-depth knowledge of Demand Generation and sales processes - Experience in developing and executing outbound strategies - Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and enablement tools - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data - Familiarity with cybersecurity and password management industry trends - USA-based roles: Annual base salary $140,000 - $190,000, commission eligible - Canada-based roles: Annual base salary $134,000 CAD - $184,000 CAD, commission eligible **Compensation & Benefits:** - Annual base salary between $140,000 USD and $190,000 USD for USA-based roles - Annual base salary between $134,000 CAD and $184,000 CAD for Canada-based roles - Commission eligibility - Immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k, etc.) - Generous paid time off - Company equity - Retirement matching program - Training budget and access to 1Password University - Free 1Password account for friends and family - Paid volunteer days - Employee-led DEIB programs and ERGs - Fully remote environment - Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly **Additional Information:** - Occasional in-person travel for team engagement - Background check may include various checks and information - Automated employment decision tool used in recruitment - Reasonable accommodation and alternative selection process available upon request - Candidate Privacy Notice available for additional information on AI and data usage
