**Overview:** - Cover Genius is an insurtech company providing protection to customers of major digital companies globally. - Recognized with numerous awards, including the #1 fastest-growing company in APAC in 2020 by the Financial Times. - Committed to diversity and inclusivity, with a focus on social entrepreneurship through "CG Gives." **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including agency and insurance partnership agreements. - Review and approve insurance policy content, such as advertising panels and press releases. - Provide regulatory compliance support for product-related matters. - Manage company litigation and perform other assigned duties. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum of 6 years of experience with a JD. - Fully qualified lawyer in the United States. - Experience in negotiating agency agreements with insurance underwriters. - Proven ability to establish effective relationships with business partners. - Sound business judgment, adaptability, and multitasking skills. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $130,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and location. - Equity eligibility for all roles. - Flexible PTO policy. - Employee Stock Options. - Participation in "CG Gives" programs. - Commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
