Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary customer contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with various AHEAD departments. - Build strong customer alliances and represent client interests. - Provide regular communication between customers and departments, setting client expectations. - Answer client calls, emails, and questions promptly. - Assist Regional Sales Specialists in account development and closing. - Manage sales process tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. - Work with branding and warehouse departments for customer hardware solutions. - Conduct business reviews with clients, evaluating satisfaction and service needs. - Answer inquiries from other departments regarding customer accounts and operations. - Follow communication and process flow standards with engineering, production, and warehouse departments. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3+ years of sales experience. - 3+ years of customer service experience. - Ability to present to small groups on various subjects. - Ability to manage multiple projects and assign priorities. - Utilize project management skills and tools. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Some technical competence in computer hardware and software. - Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
