Data Center Project Manager

**Overview:** - AHEAD is a company that builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - The company emphasizes a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion. - Project Manager role is crucial for managing technical projects, including VMware VCF projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the POD Design and build process. - Lead VMware VCF projects from initiation to closure. - Plan and coordinate technical projects, including initial evaluations and building PODs. - Ensure project success, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Interface with clients and manage project risks and issues. - Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams and vendors. - Conduct project closure activities and post-implementation reviews. - Directly oversee and develop employees assigned to projects. - Identify and implement solutions for project management process gaps. - Assist in pre-sales efforts and develop customer relationships. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Data Center Logistics Background/familiarity. - Strong knowledge and expertise in VMware VCF implementation. - Experience with Salesforce project record and project financials. - Strong ability to manage high-risk, high complexity projects. - Knowledge of project management standards and best practices. - Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced skills in project management software. - Ability to manage project budgets and timelines. - Willingness to take initiative and maintain confidentiality. - Comfortable in dynamic environments. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 a year. - USA Employment Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid company holidays, paid time off, paid parental and caregiver leave, and more. - On-Target Earnings (OTE) may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. - Additional benefits and details available at AHEAD Benefits website.
