HPC Infrastructure Engineer

**Overview:** - AHEAD develops digital business platforms through cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating an inclusive culture where all voices are valued. - Committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage HPC infrastructure for Managed Services customers. - Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for HPC workloads, integrating NVIDIA DGX systems. - Optimize performance, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness for DGX systems. - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for HPC Linux clusters, Kubernetes, and DGX infrastructure. - Ensure security for Kubernetes infrastructure and HPC workloads. - Troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes, DGX systems, HPC applications, and infrastructure. - Stay updated on Kubernetes, HPC, and NVIDIA DGX systems technologies. - Work with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex infrastructure issues. - Maintain detailed documentation and serve as a subject matter expert. - Participate in on-call rotation. - Complete training and certification to enhance skills and knowledge. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field. - 5+ years of expert-level experience in managing HPC infrastructure. - Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and experience with NVIDIA DGX systems. - Experience with Linux distributions, Kubernetes clusters, HPC workloads, and containerization technologies. - Experience with IaC tools, monitoring and logging tools, and storage technology. - Strong scripting skills, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Managed Services or consulting experience. - Strong background with customer service. - Related certifications are a bonus. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 a year. - USA Employment Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) - Paid company holidays - Paid time off - Paid parental and caregiver leave - Additional benefits available on AHEAD's website.
