**Overview:** - AHEAD is a company that builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - The company emphasizes a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion. - Seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect for managed services team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic Architecture & Design: - Lead the design of Microsoft 365 environments aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders on scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. - Architect and implement Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, Teams, and Intune. - Manage third-party integrations with Microsoft 365. - Drive change management for Microsoft 365 deployments. - SharePoint Server/Online Focus: - Design and deploy SharePoint solutions with seamless integration. - Support document management, collaboration, and business process automation. - Manage complex SharePoint migrations and hybrid deployments. - Customer Engagement & Communication: - Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint matters. - Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. - Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Offer post-deployment support and continuous improvements. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Professional Experience: - Minimum of 8+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture and design. - Expertise in SharePoint Server/Online, Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and Intune. - Experience with Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC) and enterprise-grade deployments. - Skills & Knowledge: - Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance. - Experience with Intune, Azure AD, Purview, Defender, and Microsoft 365 threat protection. - Strong communication skills and ITIL-based service management. - Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. - Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Teams, Identity and Access, and Messaging. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000 a year. - USA Employment Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) - Paid company holidays - Paid time off - Paid parental and caregiver leave - Additional benefits available on AHEAD's benefits page.
