Principal Product Manager

**Overview:** - AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating a culture of belonging and diversity. - Principal Product Manager (Solutions Manager) role involves managing solutions portfolio around cybersecurity and intelligence operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the vision, strategy, and execution for AHEAD’s services solutions portfolio. - Collaborate with leaders and engineers across various practices to create and launch innovative solutions. - Manage product roadmaps from conception to launch, define GTM strategy, and lead design discussions. - Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Analyze data, conduct primary research, and make time-sensitive decisions. - Drive business outcomes and value for clients and AHEAD. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 7+ years of IT experience in development, implementation, R&D, and innovation within Cloud, SaaS, Data, AI & ML or Application development. - 5+ years of experience in product management, offering development, solution development, or R&D. - 3+ years’ experience managing or leading technical teams. - Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing. - Ability to influence stakeholders, evolve product strategy, and understand client business needs. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or business-related field. - Experience in leading IT projects across different technology spheres. **Compensation & Benefits:** - On-Target Earnings (OTE) range reflecting base salary and target bonus. - USA Employment Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, time off, parental and caregiver leave, and more. - Specific compensation details are provided on AHEAD's benefits page.
