Principal Technical Consultant, Public Cloud

**Overview:** - AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating a culture of belonging and diversity. - Principal Technical Consultant – Managed Services role in Public Cloud. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver projects on time, exceeding client expectations. - Design and implement complex technical solutions. - Build and maintain client relationships, driving business growth. - Develop technical and non-technical deliverables for client teams. - Collaborate with clients to solve technical challenges. - Lead technical communities and provide mentorship. - Establish project estimates, plans, and risk mitigations. - Implement CI/CD solutions and manage technical roadmaps. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Cloud, DevOps, Automation, and Digital Transformation. - Multiple certifications (AWS, Azure, Terraform, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Platform core services and IaC tools. - Knowledge of branching strategies and programming languages (Java, Python). - Strong consulting, business acumen, and leadership abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of cloud-native application design principles and DevSecOps. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 annually. - USA Employment Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Paid holidays, time off, parental/caregiver leave, and more. - On-Target Earnings (OTE) may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. - Additional details on benefits available at AHEAD's website.
