Program Manager

Overview: - AHEAD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cloud migration, transformation, and data center consolidation projects. - The company values a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects. - Oversee data center consolidation and migration initiatives. - Develop and implement transformation strategies for IT infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations and data center consolidations. - Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidations. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). - Experience with data center operations (infrastructure management, network design, security). - Excellent project management skills and leadership abilities. - PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools, ITIL, and regulatory compliance requirements.
