Senior NetApp Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for NetApp technologies, providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise. - Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues for NetApp ONTAP, E-Series, and StorageGRID technologies. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, mentor and train other support engineers. - Stay updated with the latest NetApp technologies and certifications. - Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Support pre-sales or business development efforts with technical expertise. - Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and vendors. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10-15 years of hands-on experience with NetApp storage solutions. - Proven track record in managing enterprise storage environments. - Expert knowledge of NetApp ONTAP hardware, software, and associated features. - Proficiency in SAN/NAS protocols and familiarity with hybrid cloud environments. - Experience troubleshooting complex technical and performance issues. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - NetApp Certified Data Administrator, Support Engineer, and Implementation Engineer. - Knowledge of virtualization platforms and automation/scripting.
