Program Manager, Performance Improvement, Equity & Inclusion, Remote

Overview: - Program Manager role critical for executing strategic organizational equity and inclusion vision. - Focuses on performance improvement, project/program management, and stakeholder management related to equity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize operational effectiveness by identifying waste and root causes. - Lead project management and collaboration across diverse internal cross-functional teams. - Establish strategic partnerships for operational efficiency and scalability. - Develop and/or facilitate diversity & inclusion programs. - Monitor and evaluate equity and inclusion key performance indicators. - Utilize methodologies like lean and agile for operational optimization. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, education, ethnic studies, or related field. - 8+ years of relevant, progressive working experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in developing/facilitating diversity & inclusion programs. - Preferred: Strong relationship-building skills, effective communication, functional expertise in project/committee management, analytical skills, and understanding of cultural competency and public health principles. - Ability to optimize operational effectiveness using proven methodologies.
