Aprio PH - Associate, Internal Treasury (Accounting & Finance)

Overview: - Seeking an Associate for the Internal Treasury team at Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm. Key Responsibilities: - Support Treasury Services team with payroll calculations, reconciliations, partner onboarding, equity management, and ad hoc tasks. - Maintain and update partner records and schedules. - Calculate payment amounts and manage partner umbrella insurance policies. - Prepare reconciliations of equity accounts and track partner performance metrics. - Collaborate with Manager, Partner Services, and Director, Treasury. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or payroll experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Self-motivated, curious, confidentiality-aware, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset. - Strong financial management background and experience working with a competent executive team. - Amenable to midshift work schedule.
