Aprio PH - Senior Associate, Accounts Payable

Overview: - Position within a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, Aprio. - Company has 30 U.S. office locations, one in the Philippines, and over 2,100 multilingual team members. - Focuses on preparing clients for future challenges through expertise, strategic foresight, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct reviews of invoices, PE time entries, and email approvals. - Process and maintain supplier records in Workday. - Monitor Accounts Payable mailbox, categorize inquiries, and ensure timely invoice processing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements. - Work with the GL team on accruals and AP ledger closing. - Provide support to the Director, Corporate Controller. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and accounting. - Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday. - Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven process improvement mindset. - Prior experience in Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm. - Amenable to night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT).
