Aprio PH - Senior Associate, Expense and Procurement

Overview: - Position within a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, Aprio. - Company offers a top-rated culture and vast growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough reviews of employee reimbursements for compliance. - Review and approve purchasing card transactions. - Ensure timely processing of expense reimbursement requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements. - Support procurement team and GL team for expense and procurement tasks. - Provide support to T&E Manager and Corporate Controller. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in expense management, procurement, and accounting. - Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday. - Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven process improvement mindset. - Prior experience in Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm. - Amenable to work night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT).
