Overview: - Join Aprio's Transaction Advisory Services team. - Work with a nationally ranked CPA firm. - Be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in maximizing opportunities through strategic advisory services. - Analyze financial data, operating results, and accounting policies. - Understand customer and vendor trends, transaction risk considerations. - Participate in meetings with client service team and management. - Design transaction advisory reports. - Foster relationships with coworkers and clients. - Contribute to a collaborative and community-oriented work environment. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. - Licensed CPA preferred. - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. - Experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services (2-3 years). - Knowledge of US GAAP. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
