Account Manager, Enterprise Sales

**Overview:** - Attentive® is an AI-powered mobile marketing platform that personalizes consumer engagement. - The platform enables marketers to create tailored journeys for subscribers, aiming to increase recurring revenue and campaign performance. - Utilizes real-time data and advanced AI for personalized content delivery. - Partners with marketers for strategic guidance and campaign optimization. - Recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, Linkedin’s Top Startups, and Forbes Cloud 100. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive customer retention and expansion sales within Attentive’s enterprise customer base. - Act as the primary contact for Customer Success on account planning, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities. - Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts. - Present data and trends to customers on platform usage and engagement. - Manage customer inquiries related to commercial aspects of their Attentive agreement. - Partner with various internal teams to support customer success. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or startup. - Strong competency in objection handling and product value alignment. - Analytical account development strategy with a focus on data-driven opportunities. - Experience managing the sales cycle across CRM platforms. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to define processes and build strategy. - Consistent performance exceeding quota with relevant references. - Willingness to travel up to 20%. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Standard base salary range: $100,000-115,000 annually. - Eligible for performance-based cash bonus or variable compensation. - Competitive perks and benefits, including health & wellness and equity. - Attentive is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a fair, inclusive, and equitable workplace. - Reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
