Director, Customer Success (West)

Overview: - Seeking a Customer Success leader for Attentive®, an AI-powered mobile marketing platform. - Role involves leading and coaching a team of CSMs and managers supporting the Strategic customer segment. - Responsible for driving consultative experiences, partnerships, and product health for top customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale a team of 15 CSMs and managers. - Manage, hire, and develop a team with deep industry experience. - Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services leadership for exceptional post-sale experience. - Design and drive strategic improvements to scale processes, services, and systems. - Establish executive relationships with key customers and create a culture of accountability. - Translate customer feedback into specific product requirements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Excelled in a CS/AM role, preferably at a marketing/software company or startup. - 5+ years of managerial experience. - Natural leader, passionate coach, and entrepreneurial mindset. - Strong growth mindset, action bias, and openness to challenge the status quo. - People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams. - Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment. - Extremely personable, data-driven decision maker, and detail-oriented.
