**Overview:** - Seeking an SMB Sales Manager for Attentive's high-performing sales organization. - Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supporting new SMB Account Executives. - Manages SMB Account Executive team, selling to small and medium-sized businesses. - Attends sales and customer meetings, coaches the account executive team, and increases win-rate. - Conducts 1:1s with direct reports, evolves and enforces multi-product sales process. - Drives and motivates the team around key objectives. - Provides performance evaluations and manages forecast accuracy. - Collaborates with mid-market sales leadership on process improvement. - Spearheads change management initiatives impacting top business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new Account Executives. - Directly managing the SMB Account Executive team. - Attending and coaching sales and customer meetings. - Conducting 1:1s with direct reports. - Evolving and enforcing sales processes. - Motivating the team and providing performance evaluations. - Managing forecast accuracy. - Collaborating with mid-market sales leadership. - Spearheading change management initiatives. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 4+ years of software sales experience, with MarTech experience a plus. - Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company required. - Comfortable in outside sales meetings and events. - Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset. - Strong track record of driving results and developing the team. - Passion for training and development. - Data-oriented leader with trend analysis skills. - Strong closing skills with a proven track record. - EST or CST preferred. **Compensation & Benefits:** - US base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity. - Equity is a significant part of the total compensation package. - Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Competitive perks and benefits, including health & wellness and equity. - Attentive is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities. - Committed to a fair, inclusive, and equitable workplace. - Reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities available upon request.
