Solutions Architect

Overview: - Role: Attentive Solutions Architect (SA) within Professional Services organization - Objective: Drive meaningful business outcomes for customers and Attentive through custom technical solutioning - Responsibilities: Design marketing solutions, integrate with data orchestration systems, package requirements into SOWs, propose product enhancements, and serve as the primary technical contact Key Responsibilities: - Identify solutions for customer success within the Attentive ecosystem - Advise on integrations with other martech systems - Translate customer requests into business and functional requirements - Propose and advocate for new feature development - Deliver technical presentations and participate in strategic planning - Design and implement data pipelines and understand analytics platforms Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment - Strong customer relationship management and ability to communicate technical capabilities to various stakeholders - Creative problem-solving and adaptability - Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) - Understanding of REST APIs, ad serving, JavaScript tags, and 3rd party data providers - Experience with data architecture, management, and real-time data processing - Familiarity with HTML and Liquid scripting - Background in project management, decision-making, and critical thinking Compensation & Benefits: - US base salary range: $105,000-$115,000 annually - Equity as a significant part of the total compensation package - Attentive's commitment to health & wellness, equity, and a fair, inclusive workplace - Equal opportunity employer policy Company Values: - Default to Action - Be One Unstoppable Team - Champion the Customer - Act Like an Owner - Commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and non-discrimination - Commitment to reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities
