CSM - Customer Success Manager - German (Full remote)

Overview: - Brevo is a fast-growing CRM suite with over 500,000 businesses globally. - Customer Success Manager role at Brevo involves strategic client discussions, product recommendations, and fostering consultative relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and monitor critical goals and KPIs with clients. - Drive product adoption, deliver ongoing value, and prevent churn. - Contribute to marketing strategies and roadmaps. - Advocate for the customer, providing insights and feedback to the product team. - Track and report on progress, identifying growth opportunities. - Collaborate to develop and refine Brevo’s global customer success framework. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Customer-centric focus. - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in CSM or Digital Marketing. - Strong ability to understand, manage, and drive customers' needs and marketing strategy. - Proven track record of sustained target achievement. - Excellent presentation and communication skills in German (Native level) and English (C1/C2). - Ability to drive issue resolution and collaborate with all departments. - Proactive, autonomous, and efficient. - Data-driven and a Team Player.
