Legal Counsel - DACH

Overview: - Legal Counsel role at Brevo, a leading CRM suite company. - Responsible for providing strategic legal advice and ensuring compliance across the global organization. Key Responsibilities: - Offer strategic legal advice and risk assessments to support global growth. - Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, and anti-bribery regulations. - Monitor and support on regulatory and legal developments. - Create and improve internal processes. - Manage litigation and pre-litigation. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in technology and commercial transactions. - Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency; French knowledge is a plus. - Self-driven, team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders. - Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. - Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment. - Open-minded, innovative thinker.
